Who we are

Cards of Chaos by Hackers Golf ("Cards of Chaos", "we", "us") is an iPhone golf card game operated by Hackers Golf. You can reach us anytime at santiago@tigermindlabs.com.

What we collect

• Account data. When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from the provider you choose. Sign-in is handled by Rork Auth, our authentication provider. You can also play as a guest without an account.
• Friends and invites. When you add friends or invite people to a round, we store the names, email addresses, and phone numbers you choose to add so invites can be sent and your friends list can be kept.
• Game data. Rounds you create or join, the cards drawn, deck choices, and your round history.
• Notifications. An in-app notification feed (invites, joins, card draws, round updates) tied to your account.
• Purchases. Premium deck purchases are processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat. We never see your payment details - only which decks are unlocked.

Device permissions

• Camera.Used only to scan round QR codes so you can join a friend's round. No photos or video are captured or stored.
• Contacts.The app uses Apple's system contact picker, which means we only receive the specific contacts you actively select to invite - never your full address book.

How we use your data

We use your data solely to run the game: signing you in, keeping your friends list, running live rounds, sending round and friend invite emails (delivered via Resend), showing notifications, and unlocking decks you've purchased. We do not sell your data, show ads, or use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.

Third-party services

• Rork Auth - Google / Apple sign-in.
• Apple App Store & RevenueCat - purchase processing and entitlement management.
• Resend - delivery of invite emails to addresses you provide.
• Cloudflare - hosting of our game backend, where round and account data is stored.

These providers process data on our behalf and may store it on servers outside your country.

Retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account at any time inside the app (Profile → Delete Account), which removes your profile, friends list, invites, notifications, and coupon unlocks from our servers. Deck purchases remain tied to your Apple ID and can be restored through Apple. You can also email us to request deletion, access, or export.

Children

Cards of Chaos is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). Some deck themes reference drinking and betting and are meant for players of legal age.
