Terms of Use

Acceptance
By downloading or using Cards of Chaos by Hackers Golf (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. All content in the App - card text, deck themes, artwork, and branding - belongs to Hackers Golf and may not be copied or resold.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for anything that happens under it. Only invite people whose contact details you have permission to share. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen.
Purchases
Premium decks are one-time in-app purchases billed by Apple to your App Store account at the price shown before you buy. They are not subscriptions and never auto-renew. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any of your devices with Restore Purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.
Play responsibly
Chaos cards are prompts for fun between friends - they're never an obligation. Skip any card that isn't safe, legal, or appropriate for your group. Cards referencing drinks are intended only for players of legal drinking age, and drinking alcohol is never required to play. Cards referencing bets or wagers are suggestions for friendly games between players; the App does not process, hold, or pay out any money. You are solely responsible for following the laws and course rules that apply to you.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the App: no unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, spamming invites, or using the App to harass others. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Availability & changes
We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for the App to always be available but can't guarantee uninterrupted service.
Disclaimer & liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hackers Golf is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or from activities undertaken while playing.
